Welcome to our Patient Portal

Our Patient Portal is now available! If you are an existing patient (who have shared an email with us) you will receive an email invite to register with the new portal. If you are a current patient, and have not received an email invite, and would like to create a Patient Portal account - click on the Patient Portal link and you will have the option of creating an account.

After you create an online account, you will receive an e-mail from us that includes your user ID and a link to our patient portal. You may log in at any time to activate your account and begin using our online services.

Patient Portal is a secure, HIPAA compliant, way for patients to communicate with North Manhattan Pediatrics. It also allows patients the opportunity to view lab results online, send and receive messages, order prescription refills, access forms, update demographic information, in addition to other functions.
